REFUND POLICY

Consumer rights: This policy describes Avyra’s refund practices. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Australia, or certain U.S. states, you may have mandatory statutory rights (including withdrawal or refund rights) that cannot be waived by this policy. Where law requires a refund, we will provide it regardless of the sections below.

1. DIGITAL GOODS NATURE

All products available on Avyra—including Avatars, Worlds, Platform Tokens, and Premium access—are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to immediate access after purchase, most sales are final at the point of successful delivery, subject to exceptions below and mandatory consumer law.

2. NO-REFUND POLICY (GENERAL)

By making a purchase on Avyra, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and that refunds are generally not available once delivery is complete, except as stated in this policy or required by law.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

At our sole discretion, we may issue a credit or refund in limited cases, including:

Refunds, if granted, are processed through the original payment method where possible via Sellauth or our payment partner.

4. EU / UK / AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER NOTICE

European Union & United Kingdom: If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right may not apply if you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right at checkout, as permitted by law. If you did not receive such notice or did not consent, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Other regions: Non-waivable consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain in full force.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PREMIUM

If Premium or recurring products are offered, cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. Cessation of Development: In the event that we cease development of the Services for any reason, no refunds will be issued for past purchases or spent tokens, except where mandated by applicable law.

6. CONTACT, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS

If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase, contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSOR

Payments may be processed by Sellauth and affiliated payment providers. Their terms may apply to payment mechanics. Avyra remains responsible for fulfillment of digital goods purchased on our storefront, subject to this policy and our Terms of Service.

We have taken steps to ensure our payment integration meets applicable PCI DSS requirements for our transaction volume.

8. CHANGES

We may update this Refund Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply to purchases after the effective date unless law requires otherwise.
