REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL GOODS NATURE
All products available on Avyra, including Images, Platform Tokens, and Digital Licenses, are considered digital goods. Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access provided to the user, all sales are considered final at the point of purchase.
2. NO-REFUND POLICY
By making a purchase on Avyra, you acknowledge that you are gaining immediate access to digital content and thus waive your right to a refund.
- Consumed Tokens: Once a token has been spent to unlock an asset or feature, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
- Completed Transactions: No refunds will be issued for completed purchases once the digital asset has been successfully added to your account library.
3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our community. At our sole discretion, we may issue a credit or refund in the following cases:
- Proven duplicate purchases caused by a verified technical error on our side.
- A verified technical defect in the delivered file that renders it unusable and which cannot be corrected by our technical team within a reasonable timeframe.

If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a dispute.

- Chargeback Penalty: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate, permanent IP ban and account termination.
